The benefits of working out - not only for you, but for your baby as well

Chicco and CONI have drawn up a study on the effects that sports during pregnancy and after childbirth have on professional athletes. The study showed that exercise during pregnancy is safe and advisable. Not only for those used to playing sports, but also for all women who do not usually practice physical activity. It is in fact important to raise this awareness: moving even during pregnancy and post-partum brings benefits for both the mother and the baby.
